What the judge said: The photo shows library staff having some fun and letting their hair down for story time. No doubt this gives a huge thrill to the children who get to enjoy both the stories and the atmosphere that staff create. We can clearly see all five staff and their bedtime outfits.

What the judge said: This photo is relevant to most members of the public and CUPE. It shows CUPE members participating in their community in an event that is very much in the public eye and that is close to the hearts of many Canadians and CUPE members. The photo itself is appealing with everyone looking at the camera, smiling and engaged. It includes an Olympic torch which is also an iconic and interesting item in the photo.
